Rick and Isabelle helped us purchase our first home in 1996. We had a young daughter of 18 months and were looking for a house in a safe neighborhood. Once we were introduced to Montreal West, we were hooked. Of course, we fell in love with our house and the community. The Lavell/Papineau team made our dreams come true. Their professionalism came through during the negotiation process and the sale was finalized without a hitch. Six years, two fish, a cat and a three year old boy later, we still are in love with our house and would never consider leaving Montreal West. Thanks to Rick and Isabelle for their wonderful help.
